Deep Grained Dark Mahogany high sheen finish with Brass Trimmings and Fittings. We consider this to be Hailun's best looking and sounding Baby Grand piano.
The new Dark Grained Mahogany Premium Grade Grand piano is aesthetically beautiful and has a velvety pure rounded tone. What makes it unusal is the blend of traditional and contemporary design, having turned legs and pedal lyre like the old style pianos, large castor wheels for ease of movement, slow fall main lid to reduce the weight when closing lid, and slow fall key lid to protect fingers and piano. The sound it produces is mellow, rounded, with great presence and power when required.
Superior Parts: Reinforced German felt hammers, wood parts made of hornbeam, and an aluminium with a maple core action rail. The action is geared at professional users and aims at providing maximum performance for the pianist.
It has a full, rounded acoustic tone, with strong Tenor and potent rich Bass, and is not overly bright and piercing like most other Baby Grands; sounding more like a full size grand on account of its shape, rim, and high quality components. The whole piano is acting as a soundboard, with power, presence, and grace when playing. The inner workings are like a jewellery box, and the piano is very thick skinned, chunky and heavy for its size, with three pedals, beautifully shaped wheels, and full size keyboard. A truly exceptional piano to last a lifetime. It's suitable for a player who wants to expend as little or as much energy as required in a particular piece, and without holding back.
Features: Turned Legs and Lyre, Sleek High Sheen Polyester Casing and brass fittings throughout, Overstrung, Full Cast Iron Frame, Weighted and Balanced Keys, Slow Fall Main Lid and Key Lid to Protect Fingers and Piano, Overhauled Internals, Regulated Action and Tuned to Concert Pitch.
