Responsiveness
This piano has strong action whilst still having a lighter touch. This is due to the ABS-carbon material used to compose the millennium III action. With the use of these materials it takes little effort to play quickly and powerfully due to the responsiveness of the action all made possible through the use of carbon fibre as opposed to wood! The extended length of the keysticks and lightweight mahogany hammer mouldings also allow for greater responsiveness.
Durability
The use of carbon fibre in the action means it is highly resistant to swelling and shrinking and is extremely durable, allowing you to enjoy the benefits of this fantastic piano for years to come. The keys have a NEOTEX surface which is resistant to cracking and fading. This key surface also absorbs natural oils from your hands, helping you to avoid slipping whilst at the same time allowing you smoothly run your fingers over the keys. The hammers have also been T-stapled to preserve the hammer shape and the keyslip. which is the wood that faces the front of the keys when drop down into the keybed, has been reinforces with steel to stop it warping and causing sticky keys when temperature fluctuates. The key bed is reinforced by rear braces and strong laminated hardwoods all to help secure the action in the best way possible.
