Collection: Sell your Piano

Please Note: Due to the high volume of customer inquiries, we can only respond to Whatsapp images and descriptions. We don't talk over the phone, respond to emails, or pay cash upon collection.

1) Whatsapp 10 images to 0871497607. Lift up the lid and photograph the insides. If you see a serial number, photograph it too. 

2) Type a brief description stating how much it cost and where you purchased it.

Upon agreement, O'Briain Pianos collect your piano free of charge if on a ground floor. Piano is transported to our workshop and completely overhauled, serviced, tuned, regulated and repaired where necessary.

Piano is then transported to our Lucan, Dublin, showrooms and is displayed to customers. Visiting customers can play and hear the piano at its very best.

lf your piano was built pre-2000, regardless of sale, you are paid one month later. If your piano was built post-2000, you are paid when it sells within an agreed period.

Our service is best suited to those who are under time pressure to remove a piano due to a house move or downsizing to an apartment. If you sell privately, you may achieve a higher price, so please bear this in mind before contacting us. 

The best way to sell it privately is to first have it tuned. If required, we provide upright tuning for €130, and grand piano tuning for €160.
