French Polishing

O'Briain Pianos provide professional French Polishing services for those who wish to give their piano a fresh look and new lease of life. Here is the process:

Piano is professionally removed from your location and brought to the workshop. 
There is no collection/delivery charge providing your piano is on a ground floor.
Piano is taken apart and brass trimmings/fittings are removed.
The piano is stripped of its outer coat and aesthetic issues are repaired.
Piano is French Polished by hand, applying many layers over roughly a two month period.

Included: Keytops cleaned and brass renewed.

Once the polish has cured, your piano is returned back to you, reborn again!

French Polishing does not involve any internal work. Internal work can be done for an additional cost if required.
