Trade an Instrument

We welcome many different trade-in instruments and offer the best trade-in price when purchasing a restored or new piano at O'Briain Pianos, Lucan, Dublin.. 

Note: Please let us know what year your instrument was roughly built, where you purchased it, and the price you paid at the time. If you have a receipt, photograph it and Whatsapp it along with several images of the instrument, describing any issues of concern.

Of interest to us are:

Guitars, Concertinas, Double Basses, Cellos, Bassoons, Contrabassoons, Clarinets, Horns, Trombones, Trumpets, Oboes, Tubas, Flutes, Piccolos, Harps, Violas, Violins/Fiddles, and Timpani's. We especially like older vintage instruments by great makers.

We take in guitars made by the following brands:

Fender, Gibson, Martin, Taylor, McNally, Ibanez, Gretsch, Jackson, Strandberg, Yamaha, Takamine, Godin, Ovation, Guild, Derek Nelson Guitars (Danvel), and Maton.

We don't take electric keyboards or drum kits unfortunately.
