A high quality instrument from Kawai, considered to be one of their best models, reliable and great sounding. The KS2F has a responsive medium touch and rich acoustic tone. It's a lifetime piano that does not need to be upgraded from.

Specifications and Design:

Dimensions: Height: 125cm, Width: 152cm, Depth: 61cm.

Weight: Approximately 220 kg.

Soundboard: Top-grade straight-grained solid spruce designed for dynamic range.

Action: Individually weighted and balanced keys with solid rock maple hammers.

The KS2F is frequently compared to the Yamaha U1. While a Yamaha U1 tends to have a brighter tone, the Kawai KS2F offers a noticeably warmer, mellower, and more European sound profile. Reviewers and players praise its medium-roast bass register and responsive, well-weighted action that easily supports students through advanced music grades.
