Play with the sound of the CFX Grand and Bösendorfer Imperial sound samples!
At approximately 5 ft. deep, the GB1-K combines the grand piano experience with a price and size far more accessible to the average pianist. An excellent instrument, with the vocal and aesthetic versatility to fit into a range of small halls and homes. And now, with the addition of the Yamaha SC3 Silent system, there is no need to disturb anyone again. You don't have to sacrifice the touch and feel of an acoustic piano for the sake of silence ever again.
In the SC3 silent systems, the digital sounds are produced using Yamaha's articulation sensor system located beneath the keys. Binaural Sampling and Virtual Resonance Modelling have been used to create high quality piano samples during silent mode, and Grand Expression Modelling has been used to reproduce your playing through headphones as accurately as possible. You can also connect to external speakers and other devices via USB and also connect to Smart Pianist App via bluetooth. Along with the CFX Grand and Bösendorfer Imperial sound samples, 12 different sound types are available.
