Collection: Paintings of Dublin

Original Watercolour paintings of Dublin City and its surrounding areas, by Dublin born Artist Cathal O'Briain. Dublin is the capital of the Republic of Ireland and is on Ireland’s east coast at the mouth of the River Liffey. Its historic buildings include Dublin Castle, dating back to the 13th century, and the imposing St Patrick’s Cathedral, founded in 1191.

Cathal especially enjoys painting the Custom House, Four Courts, Ha'Penny Bridge, Guinness's, O'Connell Street, and exploring views of Dublin City from old vantage points, such as from the top of Nelson's Pillar, or the tip of St. Patrick's Cathedral.
