1920 Dark Mahogany John Brinsmead overstrung piano with previously restored outer case and refinished brass. The internals are original and the inner mechanism is functioning very well. Recently tuned and regulated. Medium touch with good response.
Ideal for a beginner and can be traded back to us in the future, possibly around Grade 5/6.
John Brinsmead and Sons was a British piano manufacturer, founded in 1836. The company gained a reputation for building expensive, well made pianos, and its products were exported across Europe. In recognition of exhibits, John Brinsmead was awarded the Legion of Honour by the French government. In 1883, the company gained the right to place "Pianoforte Makers to HRH the Prince of Wales" on their pianos.
