Taller than a U3 it has very long strings and huge perfect original soundboard, giving it great depth of tone throughout, particularly in the Tenor and Bass.
The Rosewood cabinet is newly hand French Polished and the brass works refinished. Unusual shape with curved sides and was carefully looked after by a professional piano and saxophone player whom we sold it to 8 years ago, who is now downsizing to an apartment. The original ivory keys are in perfect condition and the internals are full overhauled by us, tuned to Concert Pitch, regulated, and with hammer heads voiced.
